Reencontro, which means, “Re-encounter” is a social and educational project in Brazil. The centre aims to provide people an encounter with God through the work of His church. Founded more than 30 years ago as day care centre for working mothers the work has grown to three centres in Niteroi, near Rio de Janeiro, and another in Rio itself. The work has grown and now includes:
- nursery schools
- pre and after schools student centres
- vocational schools
- drug rehab
- medical clinics
- social services
