Raquel, from Asunción Paraguay, who is an ex-pupil of St. Andrew’s College participated on the SAMS fusion programme and made a big impression in Ireland. Raquel studied theology in Chile and on her return to Paraguay has been involved in the life of the Anglican church through the EJE programme ‘Youth Encounter in the Spirit’.
