I came 1000 miles away from where I was born and brought up 30 odd years ago, following what I thought then (as I do now) was God’s will for my life. I came to work with the Wichi Indians in a project that intended to create sustainable income from agriculture so that the Indians would not have to migrate in search for work (losing their health, culture and self respect). I worked for 5 years with the project and then for the next 25 years I devoted my time and energy to designing and developing crafts with the Indians, always looking for markets here in Argentina and abroad. After a Wichi girl died of protein deficiency I decided to go back to agriculture and the project has more than 80 families participating.

Pray for Alec and Ivon as they resource and serve the Wichi people of the Chaco.
